The Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) policy is an area of expertise that includes the identification and compliance with a company's production standards, with particular attention to the employees' working environment, equipment and respect for the environment.

Our experts in the QHSE sector have gained thirty years of international experience in the field of Quality as regards Off Shore, On Shore (Oil & Gas), pipelines, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Plants, EPC, collaborating with large companies such as ENI, TOTAL, CHEVRON, SHELL.

 

Our management has these qualifications and certifications:

  • III level ASNT-TC-1° in RT,UT,PT,MT,VT

  • II level EN-ISO 9617 in RT,UT,MT,PT

  • II level I.W.I. INTERNATIONAL WELDING INSPECTOR issued by the Italian Welding Institute

  • Minimize the negative impact on the environment;

  • Maintain a documented HSE management system that reflects industry best practices and is consistent with legal and regulatory requirements, defining accountability and responsibilities for HSE within the organization and including comprehensive reporting and performance review;

  • Ensure that adequate and sufficient resources are available to manage HSE by providing appropriate training to all staff and including HSE performance in staff and contractor assessments;

  • Conduct a senior management review of HSE performance, HSE audit results, and lessons learned from incidents with the aim of achieving continuous improvement of the HSE management system.

  • A primary objective for our company is respect for the ecosystem of the territories in which we operate and the protection of the balance of biodiversity is very important, as is compliance with the rules imposed by laws and certifications for environmental protection.

 

 

QUALITY POLICY

 

The company is engaged on a national and international level in the activities of Design,

Procurement, Construction and Installation of plants in the Oil & Gas and Green Energy sector.

For the company, achieving high-quality standards in all the activities in which it operates at a national and international level is an integral part of the objectives of doing business.

The activities carried out by the company and the markets to which they are oriented require constant attention to the aspects of Quality.

The company's Quality Policy is based on the following principles:

  • Attention to the satisfaction of the customer and of all the relevant interested parties identified by the company through the identification and compliance with the relevant requirements of the projects it carries out;

  • Awareness that the quality of one's results depends on the effectiveness, efficiency and control of the production process, through the involvement of the entire organization;

  • Compliance with applicable mandatory legislation, technical standards and contractual technical requirements;

  • Execution of the acquired projects in compliance with the provided requirements, respecting the established times and the established budget.

The company has consequently adopted a Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001/2015 Standard,

as a guide for the management of the company in the Quality area. This Quality Management System is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company in the national and international markets.

The following activities are deemed to be an essential and integral part of this policy:

  • Proposal and implementation of the Quality Management System and continuous improvement of its performance through the identification of risks and opportunities;

  • Collection, processing, archiving and dissemination to the relevant levels of feedback information and experience within the organization;

  • Training of company personnel on the principles and tools of the Quality Management System and dissemination of the Policy and Objectives established at the relevant levels of the organization;

  • Planning and implementation of an effective internal audit system to detect deficiencies and evaluate the adequacy of the Quality Management System, to achieve continuous improvement;

  • A critical review of the Quality objectives about the results obtained and definition of the new objectives based on the data deriving from the measurements made.

The responsibilities for defining this Policy, the related Quality Objectives and the consequent implementation actions, including the assignment of the related resources, are assigned to the Top Management of the company.

The company's Quality Management department is responsible for supporting the Top Management and Process Managers identified by the Company in the development and management of the Quality Management System, and for verifying the results obtained in the respective processes against the established objectives.

All company personnel are called upon to contribute to the implementation and efficiency of the Quality Management System in their duties.

The Management reviews the Policy on an annual basis, improving it when the opportunity arises, both to verify its application and to maintain compliance with the company objectives.
